Package service terms

These terms apply to advertised residential lawn-care and snow-removal packages purchased online. Custom landscaping and quoted work may use a separate agreement.

1. Eligibility

Advertised package prices apply only to qualifying residential properties. Commercial properties, oversized properties, and properties that do not meet the published package criteria require a custom quote. Qualification is confirmed before payment.

2. Lawn area

“Up to 4,000 sq. ft.” refers to mowable lawn area, not total lot size.

3. Access

Access to service areas must be available on scheduled service days. Locked, gated, or otherwise restricted areas may delay service or require custom pricing.

4. Property condition

If a lawn is materially more overgrown than declared, or if toys, hoses, furniture, vehicles or debris prevent service, Lahib may postpone the visit, quote additional work, or decline the standard package. Customers will not be surprise-charged.

5. Snow trigger

Snow Basic and Snow Complete are serviced after a 2-inch snowfall trigger. Salt/de-icing is included only with Snow Complete. Pay Per Visit is quoted after property review; $75 is a starting price only.

6. Weather and scheduling

Service timing can change with weather, holidays, and route conditions. Weather-related missed visits, major-storm rules, and seasonal dates will follow Lahib’s published operational policy.

7. Billing

Lawn packages are billed monthly according to the billing model shown at checkout. Snow Basic and Snow Complete are one-time seasonal payments. Applicable tax is added at checkout. Failed payments may pause service after the retry period.

8. Moving or changing address

A subscription does not automatically transfer to a new property. The new address must qualify again.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation, minimum commitment, refund and mid-season signup rules are those confirmed by Lahib at the time of purchase. The version of these terms accepted at checkout is stored with the order.
