Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to beautiful and functional landscapes. As a Crew Member, you will be involved in various tasks that require both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that our projects meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain gardens and landscapes.
• Assist in building structures such as fences, garden beds, and pathways.
• Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers while ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and working on-site.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 70 per week

Education:

• Class G License (preferred)
