Job Summary

Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Conduct recruitment processes to attract top talent for the team.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to team management, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve market presence.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is essential.
  • Background in recruiting, sales management, or administrative functions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts or agreements is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 72 per week
